Shipping policy

Processing Times

• Standard orders: dispatched within 7–10 working days.

• Custom / Nomex fireproof orders: 10–15 working days or as confirmed in writing.
  During peak periods or event season, additional time may be required.

Delivery Methods

All orders are sent via tracked courier or Royal Mail.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Delivery dates are estimates only; the Company cannot be held liable for courier delays.

Shipping Responsibility

Goods become the customer’s responsibility upon dispatch.
Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

International Orders

We can ship internationally on request.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs compliance in their destination country.

Non-Delivery

If an order fails to arrive within 14 days of dispatch notification, you must inform us immediately.
Failure to report non-delivery within this timeframe may void compensation rights.
