Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services provided by MotorStitch UK, a division of JB Embroidery.
By placing an order through our website, email, or any other channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Orders & Personalised Goods

All orders are subject to written acceptance by the Company.
Orders for custom or personalised goods become binding upon acceptance. They may only be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of placement. After this point, no cancellation, alteration, or refund is permitted, as materials and production begin immediately.

Custom-made, fire-retardant, or branded goods cannot be resold, therefore refunds are strictly limited to proven manufacturing defects or errors made by MotorStitch UK.

Customers are fully responsible for:

• Providing accurate text, sizes, colours, and font selections.
  
• Holding appropriate copyright and usage rights for any supplied artwork or logos.
  
• Supplying clear artwork in JPEG, PNG, or vector format.
  

The Company accepts no responsibility for customer-supplied mistakes, mis-sized orders, or unlicensed artwork.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and may change without notice.
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch or collection.
Ownership of goods transfers only after cleared payment has been received.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or recover goods for which payment has not been completed in full.

3. Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or supply issues are beyond our control and shall not constitute breach of contract or grounds for cancellation.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.

4. Liability & Suitability

While our fire-retardant materials are tested to industry standards, customers are responsible for ensuring suitability and compliance of products for their intended use.
MotorStitch UK shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or consequential damage resulting from misuse, incorrect attachment, or unauthorised modification of products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

5. Customer Garments

Where customers supply their own garments or racewear, this is done entirely at their own risk.
We are not responsible for damage, colour change, or misspelling resulting from the embroidery or patch-application process.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
